Thoughts on First CFP Rankings of 2022

We share our thoughts on the first set of this season's College Football Playoff rankings, with some surprises. Tennessee comes it at number 1, followed by Ohio State and Georgia. Undefeated TCU sits at number 7, while 2-loss LSU is at number 10 and gets ready to play Alabama. In the Big 12, TCU is the only top 10 team but Kansas State comes in at number 13, Oklahoma State at number 18 and Texas sneaks in at 24. And the AAC has two teams vying for the Group of 5's NY6 Bowl spot, with Tulane coming in at number 19 and UCF at 25.
