As you guys know, the Shameless End of Year Awards acknowledge the celebrity and pop culture stories that shaped the year. We, of course, had The Academy (20,000 of you, who clicked on our survey link) vote on who they think should win each category. Belly has tallied it all up, and today, Mich and Zara will recap the top stories and award our winners for the year.
