Over the last several weeks, we, in America, have seen communities across the country experience the very worst humanity has to offer by being victimized at the hands of heavily armed gunman with the intent of taking as many lives as possible. AND YET, we also experienced the very best of humanity by witnessing, firsthand, how our Police have implemented a new response strategy by enhancing their presence in the community. This selfless approach continues to save countless lives.
