Every year, we hear about 30 names of guys who are "lottery talents" or "top-10 picks". Any legitimate club, though, has a cap on how many are eligible. The NBA invites 15-20 of the top prospects every year to attend the draft live in the "green room". The even more exclusive club, though, is only open to 14 members.
