East Carolina's baseball season is over, and the offseason has started in full force. The transfer portal is open from the start of June, through July 1, and with it, there have been several ups and downs already. The Pirates have the majority of their core back from last season's runner-up finish in the Conway Regional, but there have still been some significant losses to deal with, too. In the season finale of the Bucs on The Pond podcast, the trio of Stephen Igoe, Scott Lorbacher and Jonathan Wagner break down the roster changes as it stands now, the expectations going into 2026, and more. The 'Bucs on the Pond' podcast airs every Monday night at 9 p.m. ET during the baseball season. It will enter an offseason hiatus for the time being, but will likely have a pop up episode or two during the course of the offseason, before the 2026 campaign.
