East Carolina's conference struggles continued, as the Pirates dropped two of three to last-place Wichita State over the weekend, falling to 27-21 on the season, and 11-10 in American Athletic Conference play. The Pirates have now lost four of their last five conference series overall, and 10-of-15 in AAC play since a 6-0 start. With two weeks left in the regular season, ECU will welcome first-place UTSA to town this coming weekend. The Pirates have the week off for exams academically, before recognizing their seniors this weekend inside Clark-LeClair Stadium.
