About the episode

Country Today is travelling around Victoria to speak with farmers who have just completed harvest. And for many, they've had surprisingly strong results. This afternoon we're in the North East with Rutherglen farmer Andrew Russell. Blaze Aid volunteers are hard at work assisting with bushfire recovery across regional Victoria. Joining us from a base at the Goomalibee Fire Station, near Benalla in North East Victoria is Stuart Opie. The Gardiner Foundation has launched a short survey and a series of community consultations in Victorian Dairy Regions, as part of a Housing and Accommodation Initiative.  This year's installment of the Grounded Festival will head to South West Victoria stopping at a Yan Yan Gurt West Farm.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
