On March 24th, Patrick Tape commits to Duke. Then last Thursday, on April 2nd, he de-commits from Duke and stepped back into the transfer portal. Then on Sunday he re-commits to Duke and everybody loses their mind. Why did Patrick choose Duke in the first place? Well, I think we know that. But why did he de-commit? Why did he re-commit?
