The whirlwind continues for Broncos superstar Reece Walsh. The Clive Churchill medallist joined his new Kangaroo teammates and former Brisbane coach Kevin Walters in camp on Tuesday, ahead of the Ashes tour of England. The Aussies fly out on Wednesday morning, the first Test at Wembley is on Sunday week. Former Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley has joined Geelong as an assistant to Chis Scott. Buckley missed out on the head coaching job a the Demons to Steven King.  And the tiny island nation of Cape Verde is off to the FIFA World Cup for the first time. A 3-nil win over Eswatini secured qualification for next year’s tournament, sparking wild celebrations.
