But Aussie coach Andrew McDonald’s hopeful Cummins can return in the second Test at the Gabba in early December. Steve Smith will captain the Aussies in the absence of Cummins. After six months atop the Formula 1 drivers championship, Oscar Piastri has slipped to second, after a fifth-place finish in Mexico. McLaren teammate Lando Norris won to claim top spot by a point, Piastri conceding his car just doesn’t feel like it did earlier in the season. There are four races left in the season. Arsenal moved 4 points clear on top of the Premier League table with a 1-nil win over Crystal Palace.
