Pat Cummins appears almost certain to miss the first Ashes Test, and doubts are growing over whether he'll play any part at all in the series at all. The Aussie captain's latest scan showed his back injury is improving, but hasn't healed enough to resume bowling. The first Test in Perth begins November 21. The major international rugby unions - including Australia – are promising to ban anyone who joins the rebel competition R360 from playing internationals. Any player that signs with R360 with be banned from Tests and Rugby Sevens – that includes World Cups and the LA Olympics. A host of current Wallabies are considering offers from R360.
