A 49-year-old driver from Oakley led police on a dangerous pursuit through Richmond, Abbotsford, Collingwood and Fitzroy while driving a grey Ford Ranger on three wheels with sparks flying. The out-of-control ute ploughed through multiple parked cars, caused a multi-car pile-up on York Street, and nearly struck a 57-year-old woman carrying a pram who fell and required hospitalisation.
